Fall 2012

The leaves fell down; it’s time for trimming that will last all winter. Our 4 employees will be in charge of doing this work during 6 months.

In the cellar, the 2012 harvest will be put in vats in September. The wine is done fermented and is ready to age on lees. Daniel keeps watching and refining our several cuvees in order to bring wealth and freshness. You will be able to taste this new vintage of great quality in 2013.
