GRAPE VARIETY : Colombard makes it possible to produce pleasant wines, as they are very aromatic, and with a good acid structure. They should be drunk young, to appreciate their very aperitif vivacity and their fruity aromas.

TERROIR : Daniel Bideau, passionate about his vineyard, has kept the qualities of the terroir of Armorique while adding his personal touch. This is why this Colombard will seduce you with its fruitiness and elegance.

PRODUCTION METHOD : 

  • Terra Vitis and HVE Label
  • Respect of the vine, soil and ecosystem
  • Traceability guaranteed and controlled by an independent certifying agency (Certipaq)
  • Most efficient way to produce a great quality wine

WINEMAKING : 

  • Local wine of a remarkable quality made from a moderate production of 50HL/HA
  • All through winemaking process, we use maceration at cold temperature (5°C) of the juice in order to develop the grape aroma. No added residual sugar

TASTING : The Colombard is highly appreciated for its notes of lime, peach and nectarine. A touch of pink grapefruit completes this very gourmet fruity accord.

WINE PAIRING : This particularly fruity cuvée can be served as an aperitif as well as with cooked dishes such as sea sauerkraut or sea parillada. It goes perfectly with ceviche, rollmops and herring. For dessert, serve on a good apple pie or Tatin.
